I founded Global Wealth Talent as a specialized strategic advisory practice for private wealth management firms — focused on leadership mandates that determine continuity, enterprise value, and partner trust. My work centres on external succession planning, confidential leadership due diligence, and discreet leadership selection — including validation of leaders inherited through acquisitions, bolt-ons, or roll-ups.

This model builds on more than 20 years in the private wealth industry, working directly with boards, partners, and leadership teams across multi-family offices, SFOs, EAMs, IAMs, private partnerships, and global wealth platforms.

Before founding Global Wealth Talent, I served as Senior Partner for Global Wealth Management at Korn Ferry International, leading mandates across the C-suite, market leadership, and platform-critical governance roles. My work there focused on succession continuity, senior leadership assessment, strategic leadership transitions, and executive search.

Previously, I was Head of Talent Acquisition for UBS Wealth Management Americas, where I was a member of both the Americas Human Resources Executive Committee in New York and the Global Talent & Recruiting Committee in Zurich. I began my leadership advisory and search career at Russell Reynolds Associates in London and, over the course of my career, have delivered more than 300 leadership mandates and advisory engagements.

Born and raised in Ireland, I have worked extensively across the global wealth management landscape, and have lived for a decade in each of New York and London. I have also spent several years in the Cayman Islands, deepening my experience in the offshore private client and family office sector. Earlier in my career, I covered the EMEA and APAC regions from Europe and built long-standing relationships in Switzerland as both an advisor and an executive at UBS.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University College Cork and began my career on SSgA’s International Graduate Program in Boston.
