Biography

I founded Global Wealth Talent as a strategic advisory practice dedicated to the client advisory functions of UHNW and HNW wealth managers. My work centres on Alumni Intelligence — equipping firms with the insight to protect leadership continuity, safeguard existing client assets, and accelerate the acquisition of new ones.

I have been part of the leadership and advisor community in private wealth for more than 20 years — first across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, then in the U.S., and since 2021 on a truly global basis. In that time, I have met and interacted with more than 10,000 professionals in the industry. This breadth of engagement has given me a deep understanding of the regional nuances of wealth management: from Europe and Asia’s cross-border booking centres, to the unique players, compensation models, and structures of the U.S. domestic market.

I am adept at using high EQ and SQ interactions to surface insight others miss. I understand how to ask the right questions, in the right way, to draw out the reality behind public profiles, résumés/CVs, or recruiter spreadsheets. This is what allows me to deliver actionable intelligence where others deliver data.

Before founding Global Wealth Talent, I served as Senior Partner for Global Wealth Management at Korn Ferry International, leading mandates across the C-suite, market leadership, and governance roles critical to platform value. Earlier, I was Co-Global Head of Talent Acquisition for UBS Wealth Management, where I sat on the Americas Human Resources Executive Committee in New York and the Global Talent & Recruiting Committee in Zurich. I began my leadership advisory career with Russell Reynolds Associates in London and have delivered more than 300 leadership mandates and advisory engagements over the course of my career.

Born and raised in Ireland, I have lived and worked in New York, London, the Cayman Islands, and the Channel Islands, and have built long-standing relationships across the globe. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University College Cork and began my career on SSgA’s International Graduate Program in Boston.
