Conor Hourigan is the founder of Global Wealth Talent, an independent advisory practice with two areas of work: confidential reference and diligence inquiries for family offices, sponsors, and institutional investors, and senior hiring coverage for private wealth firms.

Twenty-five years at the senior end of wealth management and private capital—including Co-Global Head of Strategic Hiring at UBS Wealth Management, Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, and earlier roles at Russell Reynolds Associates. That career has been built entirely at the intersection of leadership, capital, and the private wealth ecosystem: understanding how people operate, who vouches for them, and what the record shows when you go beyond the curated account.

The inquiries practice draws on that network directly. Non-attributed. Sector-agnostic.

The hiring practice is discreet pipeline development for private banks, wealth managers, and family offices making senior hires in client advisory, wealth strategy, investment advisory, credit, and team leadership. Fee-based advisory, not contingent search.

Both practices operate where discretion is not optional—where the market is small, the relevant people know each other, and how you approach matters as much as who you approach.

Born and raised in Ireland. Dual Irish-U.S. citizen, based in London. Extensive work across European, North American, Middle Eastern, and Asia-Pacific markets.
